Module Overview

1. Site Management Module
   
   The AEM Site Manager makes web publishing a breeze, even for non-technical association staff. The AEM site management module offers a variety of format and display options that help maintain website design integrity as well as automatically maintaining simple to complex site maps. The document manager offers the following; title, author, abstract description, expiration, display option, section placement, state association, search ability and meta optimization and placement fields for all article, document and PDF uploads.
2. Registration E-Commerce Module
   
   The AEM Registration E-Commerce Module opens instant access to online revenue through the official association website. When users register for membership on AEM, it will link up directly to your business merchant account and transfer funds into your business bank.
3. Donation E-Commerce Module
   
   The AEM Donation E-Commerce Module opens instant access to online revenue through the official association website. When users donate on AEM, it will link up directly to your business merchant account and transfer funds into your business bank.
4. Member Management Module
   
   The Member Management Module is fitted to act as your master membership database. Its sorting and reporting tools offer detailed member breakdowns and reports that can be used for stand alone presentation or in conjunction with other AEM modules. The Membership Management Module will create records of anyone who enters personal data into any forms on the website. This will allow for future correspondence to not only active members, but individuals who may have made a one time donation, but never signed up for official membership.
5. Correspondence Module
   
   The Correspondence Module is a communication tool that makes correspondence with association members or member groups quick and easy. Through the Content Management System, association staff can build custom HTML, or content only emails with no programming knowledge.
   
   Once a successful newsletter has been created, association staff can publish the newsletter to a database for later use, publish it to the active association website, and/or broadcast the email to all members or member lists sorted through the Membership Management Module.
6. Link/ URL/ Affiliate Management Module
   
   The Link Management Module has a number of functional purposes. It can be used passively to store links in a database that are only available through the search engine on the association website, or it can be used to post live links visible on the website. Additionally, because of the display options available, this can be used as a stand alone content management system for a membership or affiliate directory.
7. States Management Module
   
   Through the State Management Module, association staff can easily keep any state specific industry information current.
8. Reporting Module
   
   The AEM reporting module is a dynamic tool that pulls from all areas of the AEM software system. The results are organized and information specific reports that can be saved, sorted and used in conjunction with membership billing, correspondence and marketing.
