Module Overview

1. Email
   
   The Group Suite Email Module allows users to configure, access, and manage multiple POP3 and SMTP accounts through one simple web based interface. Not only does the Group Suite Email Module consolidate email accounts and provide web access to them, but it also integrates directly with the File System Module so that email attachments are automatically archived in the File System Module and File System Module resources are directly accessible when sending emails.
2. File System
   
   The Group Suite File System Module allows users to have complete control over files and folders as if they were accessing their local file system on their PC. The File System Module also incorporates the collaborative and security features of a Local Area Network to allow users to securely share files and folders with other users on Group Suite. Group Suite goes even a step further to close the collaboration gab by employing automatic email notification to all related group users when a resource is added, modified, or deleted from the system. Group Suite, also includes customizable administrator notification for any File System resources that are modified in Group Suite.
3. Calendar
   
   The Group Suite Calendar Module gives users access to a completely dynamic web based calendar. Users can manage their appointments and events and share them with other users on Group Suite. The Calendar Module also includes automatic email notification to all related group members when a shared appointment or event is added, modified, or deleted from the Calendar Module. Group Suite, also includes customizable administrator notification for any Calendar resources that are modified in Group Suite.
4. Contact
   
   The Group Suite Contact Module allows users to have access in real time to all of their personal contacts, shared contacts as well as company contacts through a secure web based interface. Users have complete control over contacts including the ability to view other users' shared contacts and share their own contacts. The Contact Module also allows users to send targeted emails to individual contacts, whole groups, and whole categories with the click of a button. The Contact Module integrates seamlessly with the File System Module and the Email Module to provide this simple vehicle to sent targeted emails with attachments.
5. News
   
   The Group Suite News Module allows users to post customized news content on Group Suite. In addition to news content customization, user and group access can be controlled when news is added or modified. The News Module also includes automatic email notification to all related group members when a shared news article is added, modified or deleted from the News Module. Group Suite, also includes customizable administrator notification for any News resources that are modified in Group Suite.
6. Project
   
   The Group Suite Project Module allows users to create and manage projects by assigning a project to a client, assigning a project manager, setting a start date, and setting a deadline. The Project Module integrates seamlessly with the Task Module, Timekeeper Module, and Reporting Module to allow for a holistic project management approach for all levels of the organization from staff to management.
7. Task
   
   The Group Suite Task Module allows users to create and manage tasks by assigning a task to a project, assigning a task to an employee, setting a start date, and setting a deadline. The tasks integrate seamlessly with the Project Module, Timekeeper Module, and Reporting Module to allow for a holistic project management approach for all levels of the organization from staff to management.
8. Timekeeper
   
   The Group Suite Timekeeper Module allows users to log their time spent on tasks and projects into Group Suite using an easy time logging form. The logged hours integrate seamlessly with the Project Module, Task Module, and Reporting Module to allow for a holistic project management approach for all levels of the organization from staff to management.
9. Discussion
   
   The Group Suite Discussion Module allows user to create private, public or group based discussion forums. The Discussion Module integrates seamlessly with the File System Module to allow users to link discussions and comments directly to files. The Discussion Module also includes automatic email notification to all related group members when a shared Discussion is added, modified, deleted, or commented on. Group Suite, also includes customizable administrator notification for any Discussion resource that are modified in Group Suite.
10. Reporting
    
    The Group Suite Reporting Module gives users and administrators access to detailed reports on project and employee performance. The Reporting module links directly to the Project Module, the Task Module, and the Timekeeper Module to gather and report on live project data in real time.
11. Extranet
    
    The Group Suite Extranet Module gives clients access to real time data specific to their account and project. The Extranet Module allows administrators to assign a username and password to each client so that they can log into Group Suite. When Clients log into Group Suite, they have limited access to update their profile, view their projects, and view reports on time spent on their projects.
